• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to commercial property owners.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for sales leads.
• Continuously monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Prepare periodic status reports and present detailed insights to management.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to maintain operational alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRE or self-storage cold calling.
